Lionel Messi, a legendary player for Argentina, stated that the current champions France and the five-time winners Brazil are the contenders to win the FIFA World Cup 2022, which will be held in Qatar.

The veteran, who is 35 years old and will be participating in his final World Cup this year, adding that both teams have had a consistent set of players for a considerable amount of time. In the Arab nation, the 2022 FIFA World Cup is planned to take place between the dates of November 20th and December 18th.

Messi stated to DIRECTV Sports that Brazil and France are the two big prospects to win the World Cup. We usually mention the same great teams, but if he had to pick, he would select Brazil and France. They have stuck with the same group (of players) for a significant amount of time, and it has served them well.

In spite of their poor performance at the most recent Euro Championships, in which they were ousted in the round of 16, France has a number of talented players. They are working with the same coach and have a distinct plan (Didier Deschamps). A lot of countries are like Brazil (under Tite).

After defeating Croatia 4-2 in the final match held in Russia in 2018, France was crowned champions for a second time.

Messi did not mention his national team, Argentina, who are currently undefeated in their past 35 matches and won the Copa America by defeating Brazil in the championship match last year. A number of Argentina’s important players, like Paulo Dybala and Angel Di Maria, have been out with injury, which has affected the team’s performance.

Lionel Scaloni, the head coach of Argentina, recently referred to his team’s upcoming schedule as “awful,” but he encouraged his players to play to their full potential in order to reduce the likelihood that they will get an injury before the World Cup.

We are in quite a difficult stage. Scaloni told AFAestudio that the gamers are engaging in a great deal of gameplay. As a result of the injuries and bans, there is the potential for issues. It’s a requirement to make the national team if you want to be considered an exceptional player.

I’m concerned, but there’s not much you can do about it. My opinion is that the athlete should go out on the field to play without giving any thought to what is going to happen next because doing so can be damaging to their performance. Allow them to play in their natural way.

In November, Argentina will wrap off their preparations for the World Cup with a match against the United Arab Emirates. On November 22, the team captained by Messi will kick off its competition by taking on Saudi Arabia in a match that is part of Group C. Mexico and Poland are the other two teams that are competing in Group C.
